Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, beer, wine and other beverages as per standard recipes.
• Maintain knowledge of cocktail recipes, ingredients, garnishes, glassware and bar equipment.
• Take beverage orders and interact professionally with guests.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and organization of the bar area.
• Perform bar opening and closing duties.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with bar inventory and replenishment.
• Ensure proper portion control and minimize wastage.
• Handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours.
• Follow company standards for beverage preparation and service.
• Ensure responsible and compliant alcohol service.
• Coordinate with the restaurant/service team for smooth operations.
• Maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance at all times.

Eligibility

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a Bartender/Barman/Mixologist in a restaurant, bar, pub, hotel, lounge or similar establishment.
• Candidates with experience in high-volume bars, premium restaurants or hotels will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of hygiene and bar safety.
• Basic inventory and stock-management skills.
• Presentable, energetic and well-groomed.
• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends and holidays.
