Provide excellent service to guests and assist with food & beverage operations.
Set up and clear tables efficiently.
Take orders and serve food and beverages as required.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant/service area.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations.
Follow company standards for guest service, grooming, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
Set up tables, serve food and beverages, and clear tables efficiently.
Take guest orders and ensure accurate and timely service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables, restaurant, and service areas.
Support Captains and Restaurant Managers during daily operations.
Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure smooth and timely food service.
Refill water, cutlery, condiments, and other service requirements.
Handle guest requests and ensure a positive dining experience.
Follow food safety, hygiene, grooming, and service standards.
Assist with opening and closing duties of the restaurant.
Ensure all equipment, crockery, and cutlery are properly maintained.
Work effectively as part of the F&B team during busy hours and events.

Requirements

Good communication and customer-service skills.
Well-groomed, polite, and energetic.
Hospitality experience preferred; freshers can also apply.
Willingness to work in shifts.

Education: 12th Pass
