Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the assigned restaurant/F&B outlet.
- Ensure high standards of food and beverage service and guest satisfaction.
- Welcome guests, assist with seating, and ensure their requirements are handled professionally.
- Take guest orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen/bar for timely service.
- Brief and supervise service staff during each shift.
- Allocate duties and monitor team performance.
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.
- Coordinate with Kitchen, Stewarding, Front Office, and other departments when required.
- Monitor restaurant inventory, billing, and operational procedures.
- Ensure compliance with hotel/company SOPs and safety standards.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager/Assistant Manager in achieving operational and revenue targets.
- Train and guide junior team members on service standards and guest handling.
Eligibility
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Hotels, Restaurants, QSRs, Clubs, Banquets, or Hospitality establishments.
- Strong guest-handling and team-management abilities.
- Knowledge of F&B service standards and restaurant operations.
- Professional grooming and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and during peak business periods.
Education: 12th Pass
