• We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Event Executive to manage and coordinate events, parties, and special occasions at our restaurant.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Handle event enquiries and client coordination.
• Plan and execute events as per client requirements.
• Coordinate with restaurant, kitchen, service, décor, and vendor teams.
• Prepare quotations and event proposals.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
• Ensure smooth event execution and excellent guest experience.
• Handle client feedback and resolve concerns professionally.

Eligibility

• Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in events, hospitality, restaurants, or banquets.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
• Presentable, proactive, and customer-oriented.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
